Helping others fund their dreams...

Today I just found out my small loan I made to help fund Maria in Nicaragua has been 100% paid back and now I'm ready to reinvest in someone else's dream.
Here is her story that inspired me.

 Maria
Clothing Sales, Nicaragua

María is a hard-working woman with a great desire to get ahead. She is 39 years old and has two children, 2 and 16 years of age. She is married to a good husband who supports her. He is a musician. Doña María has sold cosmetics and clothing since she was 13 years old. Money borrowed from Afodenic has given her an opportunity that has greatly benefited her family. Her plan is to continue improvements on her house. This is her fifth loan request and she will invest it in clothing and jewelry, since she has received a lot of orders. She offers 15- and 30-day credits to her customers, and well as accepting cash, to give her clientele access to her selection of merchandise. Her goal is to have a well-stocked clothing shop in her house, which she hopes to achieve through a lot of hard work. She also wants to be able to give her children the education they need.
